Bring warmth and steady support into a client's day. Our caregivers provide companionship and help with the everyday routines that let seniors keep living comfortably at home.
What you'll do
- Offer friendly companionship, conversation and activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Give medication reminders and notice changes in health or mood
- Keep simple visit notes and stay in touch with the care manager
What you'll bring
- Registered California Home Care Aide, or willing to register (we help with the process)
- Clear background check (Live Scan) and negative TB test
- Valid driver's license, reliable car and auto insurance
- Caring, patient and dependable, with good English communication
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Home Care Aide Full-time · Part-time · WeekendsIn clients' homes across San Diego County
Help clients stay safe, clean and comfortable at home with hands-on personal care, always delivered with dignity and respect for their routines.
What you'll do
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers and fall prevention

What you'll do
- Build and maintain client and caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients by skills, personality, location and availability
- Cover call-outs and last-minute changes quickly and professionally
- Communicate schedule updates to clients, families and caregivers
- Share an on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling needs
What you'll bring
- 1+ year of scheduling experience in home care, healthcare or staffing
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Warm, clear communication by phone, text and email
- Comfortable with scheduling software, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time · Part-time · Per diemHome visits across San Diego County
Deliver concierge skilled nursing in the comfort of the client's home. You assess, plan and coordinate care, working closely with families and physicians.
What you'll do
- Complete in-home nursing assessments and develop care plans
- Manage medications and provide skilled nursing care as ordered
- Monitor health status and vital signs, and recognize changes early
- Coordinate with physicians, families and the West Shore care team
- Train and supervise caregivers and LVNs on client care needs
What you'll bring
- Active California RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment, communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable car and auto insurance
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Full-time · Part-time · Per diemHome visits across San Diego County
Provide attentive, skilled care during home visits as part of our nursing team, under the direction of a registered nurse and the client's physician.
What you'll do
- Check vital signs and monitor each client's condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide wound care and other skilled tasks within LVN scope
- Document visits clearly and report changes to the supervising RN
- Teach clients and families how to manage care between visits
What you'll bring
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- 1+ year of LVN experience; home health experience is a plus
- Current BLS certification
- Kind, professional bedside manner and dependable follow-through
- Valid driver's license, reliable car and auto insurance
